Elixirs & Co Minceur Bio 20 ml is a drink preparation that helps to break free from the obsession with food, aids perseverance and self-control.
This elixir contains:
- heather, to get out of the self-centered mental loop,
- centaury, to be able to say no to a conscious temptation,
- chicory, to counter greed that pushes us to never be full,
- rock water, to help soften eating rituals,
- plumbago, to hear and follow the little voice that tells us to stop,
- prunus, to regain and maintain self-control when we have started to crack,
- verbena, to have an eating behavior without excess.

4 sprayer under the tongue or diluted in water, 4 times a day, or 16 drops in a bottle of water.
